Tijana Flowers-Harris

Founder & Principal Consultant, Pivevo Consulting Group

I’ve spent 15 years in the rooms where people decisions get made — and where they get avoided.

I’ve built HR from nothing for early-stage startups. I’ve led people operations for a large, multi-state workforce. I’ve managed employee relations across complex environments and advised leaders through some of their hardest calls.

I bring 15 years of HR and people operations experience and a Master’s in Human Resources Management to every business problem I solve. I don’t just look at isolated tasks — I look at the systems behind them: people, processes, policies, tools, risks, and outcomes.

My strength is seeing where work is breaking down and turning scattered operations into clear, usable systems. I spot patterns quickly, ask the right questions, and turn unclear problems into structured next steps.

The way I operate is simple: find the gaps, connect the dots, build the system, and make it easier for people and businesses to move forward.
